Delete account

How to delete your Badi Buddy account and all related data.

In the app

Open Badi Buddy and tap “Profile” at the bottom.
Tap ⚙️ Settings and then “Delete account”.
Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

What is deleted

Everything that belongs to your account: profile, swims, points, buddies, Quak!, notifications, contact profile, contact email, requests and reports. This cannot be undone. Only anonymous counts remain (for example “37 people were active on 21 October”), which contain no information about you. Our services’ logs are deleted according to their retention periods, usually after a few days.

Without access to the app

Send an email to badi.buddy.app@gmail.com – ideally from the address of your Google account, with the subject “Delete account”. We will delete your account as soon as possible, within 30 days at the latest, and confirm it to you.
